I just heard in two different places that Kimchi is “The most Healthful Food” to eat & Sauerkraut is “The second most Healthful Food” to eat !!! Fermentation is the reason & I guess most any Veg. can be fermenetd ? We Love Kimchi & Sauerkraut but make our own. Also we do all our own baking & cooking to stay away from MFG. Foods !
